NBCC (India) Ltd. has been Certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’ for the sixth time by the Great Place to Work Institute, India, reaffirming the organisation’s sustained commitment to nurturing a high-performance and people-centric workplace culture.
The certification is valid from February 2026 to February 2027 and reflects the strong foundation of trust, collaboration and excellence that defines the NBCC work environment.
As part of its continuous improvement initiatives, NBCC participated in an organisational assessment survey conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute. The survey offered valuable insights aimed at further strengthening workplace practices and supporting NBCC’s evaluation for inclusion in the prestigious annual Best Workplaces List.
