New Delhi, November 4: NBCC Patna redevelopment plans have moved forward with Memoranda of Understanding signed with departments of the Bihar Government for four projects under Phase I.
Four projects in first phase
The state-run construction company disclosed the MoUs on November 3. The agreements cover redevelopment work in Patna and form part of its latest project-related announcements.
MoU stage and execution
A Memorandum of Understanding records the agreed framework for cooperation. It should be distinguished from completion of construction or delivery of a finished project.
The development adds Bihar-based redevelopment activity to NBCC’s recent disclosures. Project-specific timelines, implementation milestones and financial details need to be assessed against the corresponding approved documents as they become available.
No completion date or final sales value is being inferred from the signing of the MoUs.
