NBCC Posts Strong 9M FY26 Performance; Consolidated Revenue at Rs. 8,328.82 Cr

NBCC (India) Limited, a Navratna CPSE, on Friday announced its standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, reporting robust growth across key financial parameters.

New Delhi : The company’s consolidated revenue from operations for 9M FY26 stood at Rs. 8,328.82 crore, compared to Rs. 7,399.93 crore in 9M FY25, registering a double-digit growth of 12.55%. For Q3 FY26, consolidated revenue rose to Rs. 3,022.39 crore, up 7.59% from Rs. 2,809.07 crore in Q3 FY25.

On a standalone basis, revenue from operations during 9M FY26 stood at Rs. 5,841.56 crore, reflecting a 5.98% growth over Rs. 5,511.73 crore in 9M FY25. For Q3 FY26, standalone revenue increased by 2.84% to Rs. 2,087.54 crore from Rs. 2,029.88 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal.

Profit Growth Remains Strong

The company reported significant improvement in profitability during Q3 FY26:

Standalone (Q3 FY26):
PBT surged 49.10% to Rs. 255.35 crore (from Rs. 171.26 crore)
PAT rose 52.88% to Rs. 196.60 crore (from Rs. 128.60 crore)
Consolidated (Q3 FY26):
PBT increased 33.93% to Rs. 262.82 crore (from Rs. 196.23 crore)
PAT climbed 38.47% to Rs. 197.22 crore (from Rs. 142.43 crore)
For the nine-month period (9M FY26), the growth trend remained strong:
Standalone (9M FY26):
PBT up 39.74% to Rs. 619.79 crore
PAT up 42.58% to Rs. 483.23 crore
Consolidated (9M FY26):
PBT rose 28.27% to Rs. 649.03 crore
PAT increased 30.47% to Rs. 488.94 crore
Order Book & Segment Performance

The NBCC Group’s robust order book stands at Rs. 1,26,790 crore as on December 31, 2025, providing strong revenue visibility. The consolidated revenue of the PMC (Project Management Consultancy) segment surged by 19.01% year-on-year during 9M FY26, underlining operational momentum.

The consistent growth in revenue and profitability reflects NBCC’s strong execution capabilities, diversified project portfolio, and sustained demand in infrastructure and real estate development.
