The Government of India has approved the premature repatriation of Nilabhra Sengupta, an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE), 1997 batch, to his parent cadre.
Sengupta has been serving as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Bengaluru. His repatriation has been approved with the condition of an extended ‘cooling-off’ period, as per the norms governing central deputations.
