In a recent reshuffle, nine officers of the Indian Economic Service (IES) have been appointed to new positions. Bikash Kumar Malick has taken on the role of Deputy Director in Corporate Affairs, while Ms. Aparajita Priyadarshni has been appointed as Deputy Director in Information and Broadcasting (I&B). Manoj Kumar Mishra will serve as Deputy Director for Food & Public Distribution.
Additionally, P Babu has been designated as Deputy Director for Social Justice & Empowerment, and Ms. Supriya Anand will oversee Labour & Employment as Deputy Director. Ms. Deeksha Supyaal Bisht and Sachidananda Das are both appointed as Deputy Directors in Rural Development. Jagadish Sahu has been named Assistant Director at the Development Commissioner office for MSME, and Ms. Pallak Shrestha has been appointed as Assistant Director at the Labour Bureau in Chandigarh.
