Nitin Kumar Yadav (IAS: 2000: HY), currently serving as Joint Secretary in the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, has been in-situ upgraded to the rank of Additional Secretary to the Government of India. The elevation has been effected by temporarily upgrading the post he currently holds.
