New Delhi: NTPC Vindhyachal successfully organised a Station-Level Professional Circle (PC) Convention on January 19, highlighting its strong culture of knowledge sharing, innovation and professional excellence among executives.
Held under the guidance of Sanjib Kumar Saha, Chief General Manager (Vindhyachal), NTPC Limited, the convention witnessed enthusiastic participation from 18 teams, reflecting enhanced inter-departmental collaboration across the station. The event featured high-quality presentations that offered practical insights and innovative solutions with strong potential for organisational learning and replication.
The presentations were evaluated by a distinguished panel comprising M Suresh, General Manager (Maintenance & ADM); Debabrata Tripathy, General Manager (TS); and Sunil Mishra, Head of EEMG, Sasan. Following the evaluation, Team “Sustainability” was adjudged the winner and secured the first prize. Team “Pahal” earned the second position, while Team “Nirantar” stood third.
The Professional Circle Convention reinforced NTPC Vindhyachal’s commitment to continuous improvement and closely aligned with the station’s Business Excellence initiatives.
