The Odisha government has made several key administrative appointments and assigned additional charges to senior officials across various departments.
Deoranjan Kumar Singh has been given the additional charge of Chairman of the Odisha Forest Development Corporation (OFDC).
Vishal Kumar Dev continues to hold the additional charge of Principal Secretary to the Energy Department, ensuring ongoing oversight of the state’s energy policies and infrastructure.
Sanjay Kumar Singh is entrusted with the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Food Supplies & Consumer Welfare, along with the responsibilities of Vir Vikram Yadav.
Further leadership appointments include:
Bhaskar Jyoti Sarma will continue his additional charge as the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited (OPTCL).
Girish S N has been appointed as the Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water (PR & DW) Department.
Mrs. Guha Poonam Tapas Kumar will take charge as Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Handloom, Textiles & Handicrafts, with the additional responsibility for the Excise Department.
Dr. Arabinda Kumar Padhee has been appointed Principal Secretary of the Handloom, Textiles & Handicrafts Department.
