In a recent administrative reshuffle, the Government of Punjab has transferred and posted six IAS officers, with notable changes among the Deputy Commissioners (DCs).
- Kulwant Singh (2012 batch) has been appointed as the Deputy Commissioner of Mansa, succeeding Paramvir Singh (2015 batch).
- Vishesh Sarangal (2013 batch) will take charge as Deputy Commissioner of Moga, replacing Kulwant Singh.
- Uma Shankar Gupta (2015 batch) is now the Deputy Commissioner of Gurdaspur, succeeding Vishesh Sarangal.
- Rajesh Tripathi (2016 batch) has been appointed as Deputy Commissioner of Sri Muktsar Sahib, taking over from Harpreet Singh Sudan (2013 batch).
These appointments are part of a broader administrative shake-up aimed at enhancing governance and operational efficiency across the state.
