The Election Commission of India (ECI) has appointed Rahul S, currently posted as DIG-cum- Director Vigilance Bureau Punjab, SAS Nagar, as Police Commissioner Jalandhar in Punjab. He is a 2008 batch IPS officer of Punjab cadre.
