The deputation tenure of Ms. Sampat Meena, currently serving as Additional Director at the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), has been extended by one year, up to September 21, 2025. Ms. Meena, a 1994-batch Indian Police Service (IPS) officer from the Jharkhand cadre, will continue her role at the CBI as a result of this extension.
