Ms. Aishvarya Singh, IAS (Sikkim: 2008) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation, Government of India.

Tenure: Up to 05 February 2026 (combined tenure)
Predecessor: Shri Jitendra Srivastava, IAS (Bihar: 2000)
This appointment is part of the ongoing efforts to strengthen administrative leadership in key social infrastructure sectors under the Ministry of Jal Shakti.
