Shaikh Amin Kham Yasin Khan, a 2011 batch Indian Revenue Service (Customs and Indirect Taxes) officer, has been appointed as the Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) under the Central Staffing Scheme.
