Shri Phool Chand Meena, IAS (Haryana cadre, 2004 batch), presently serving as Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak, has been entrusted with additional responsibilities. He has been given the additional charge of Commissioner & Secretary, Human Resources Department, Government of Haryana.
This decision reflects the state government’s confidence in Shri Meena’s administrative experience and leadership. He will now oversee key functions related to human resource planning, personnel management, and capacity building across the state’s departments, in addition to his current role in Rohtak Division.
