The deputation tenure of Sridhar Babu Addanki, currently serving as Executive Director of the Tobacco Board in Guntur, has been extended until March 11, 2025. Addanki, a 2008 batch IAS officer from the UD cadre, will continue in his role overseeing the tobacco industry. This prolonged tenure will enable him to further advance key initiatives and policies in the sector.
