In a recent reshuffle, the Madhya Pradesh government has assigned new roles to ten Indian Police Service (IPS) officers. Among the key appointments:
Mrs. Meenakshi Sharma has been designated as the Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), Community Policing and RTI at the Police Headquarters (PHQ) in Bhopal.
Irshad Wali takes charge as the Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIGP), Special Armed Force (SAF), PHQ.
Mitihilesh Kumar has been shifted to the position of Inspector General of Police (IGP), Narmadapuram Zone.
Other notable changes include:
Tushar Kant Vidyarthi has been posted as DIGP at PHQ.
Atul Singh has been appointed as DIGP, Jabalpur Range, with additional charge of DIGP, SAF, Jabalpur Range.
Kumar Prateek now serves as Commandant, 23rd Battalion, SAF Bhopal.
Ramji Shrivastava takes over as Superintendent of Police (SP) in Shahdol.
Mrs. Nivedita Gupta has been assigned as Commandant, 8th Battalion, SAF, Chhindwara.
Manish Khatri has been appointed as SP, Singrauli.
Ajay Pandey has been posted as SP, Chhindwara.
