The Union Home Ministry has officially begun the process of shifting its offices from the historic North Block to the newly constructed Central Secretariat Complex-3 (CCS-3). The relocation is being coordinated by designated nodal officers at the ranks of Under Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and Director, who are overseeing the execution of the move.
To ensure a smooth and systematic transition, the General Administration Department has arranged for packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and resetting of office materials and infrastructure at the new premises. This move is part of the broader Central Vista redevelopment project, aimed at modernizing government infrastructure while optimizing space and operational efficiency.
