New Delhi : The slogan ‘abki baar 400 par’ has been puzzling for many including journalists so the question was posed to the PM Narendra Modi that if this feet is really achievable, the PM very cleverly answered if you include the BJD and YSRCP, the number is already around 400. So, it is not any difficult to cross 400 marks. One can read his statement the way it suits them or as per his/her convenience.
