Around 13 DIG posts out of 20 sanctioned lie vacant in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). Similarly, in the Intelligence Bureau (IB as many as 33 DIG posts out of 63 sanctioned and 53 SP posts out of 83 and one IG posts lie vacant. Additionally, in the CRPF one ADG, four IG and seven DIG posts are lying vacant as per the data issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
