In an official development, Prachi Pandey, a 2001-batch officer of the Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IA&AS) and currently serving as Joint Secretary in the Department of School Education & Literacy, has been entrusted with the additional charge of Commissioner, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS).
The charge is at the Joint Secretary level and has been assigned ex-post facto for the period from 12th September 2024 to 19th February 2025.
The appointment underlines the government’s confidence in Pandey’s administrative capabilities and her continued contribution to the education sector.
