Vijay Kumar Siddappa Bhavikatti (IAS: 2011: HY), currently serving as Deputy Secretary-level DCO/DCR Karnataka under the Office of the Registrar General & Census Commissioner of India (RGI), has been redesignated to the Director-level post of DCO/DCR Karnataka.
This redesignation will be effective up to 31st December 2025. Mr. Bhavikatti has been on central deputation since 14th August 2019.
