Shiv Pal Singh (IFoS: 1997: Uttar Pradesh cadre), currently serving as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), New Delhi, has been entrusted with the additional charge of the post of Chief Vigilance Officer at Heavy Engineering Corporation Limited (HEC), Ranchi.
According to the official order, Singh will hold the additional responsibility for a period of one year or until further orders, whichever is earlier. During this period, he will continue to perform his duties as CVO at BHEL while also overseeing vigilance-related matters at HEC.
The arrangement has been made to ensure the smooth functioning of vigilance administration at HEC. As CVO, Singh will be responsible for supervising vigilance activities, ensuring transparency, and strengthening anti-corruption mechanisms within the organization.
