Shrikesh B Lathkar, a 2011-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Andhra Pradesh cadre, has been appointed as the Private Secretary to Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu, the Minister for Civil Aviation. Lathkar brings with him a wealth of administrative experience, and his appointment is expected to support the Minister in advancing the government’s aviation initiatives and policies aimed at enhancing connectivity and infrastructure in the sector.
