Suvasis Das (IRS IT: 2014) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Pharmaceuticals. His tenure in the post will be for a period of four years.
In this capacity, Das will be involved in policy formulation, regulatory matters, and initiatives aimed at strengthening India’s pharmaceutical sector, ensuring accessibility, affordability, and quality of medicines.
