The tenure of Rahul Rastogi (ITS: 1998), serving as Joint Secretary (Director level) in the Central Information Commission, has been extended for a period of one year, up to 29th August 2026.
Rastogi has been on central deputation since 30th August 2019, and this extension reflects the continuation of his role in supporting transparency and information governance at the Commission.
