Vikas Singh, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 2010 batch (TR), has been laterally shifted from his current role as Commissioner (Land Management) in the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities. He will serve as the Director for the department for a period up to April 27, 2026, marking the balance period of his five-year central deputation.
