Anurag Garg, currently serving as Additional Director General of the Border Security Force (BSF), has been appointed as the new Director General of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). Garg is a 1993 batch Indian Police Service (IPS) officer from the Himachal Pradesh cadre. His extensive experience in law enforcement is expected to enhance the NCB’s efforts in tackling drug-related issues in the country.
