Aditya Kumar Mamgain, a 2015-batch officer of the Indian Revenue Service (Customs & Indirect Taxes), has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Health & Family Welfare. His tenure will be up to 2nd May 2027, from the date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
His appointment reflects the government’s continued efforts to strengthen administrative leadership in key sectors like public health.
