Ashish Kumar Saxena, an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) from the 2011 batch, currently serving as Deputy Secretary in the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) under the Department of Commerce, has been re-designated as Director in the same department, effective from January 1, 2025. His new tenure will last until January 3, 2027, marking a total admissible period of five years in central deputation.
