Over the years, Malhotra has served as CEO of Dabur International (Dubai-based) before taking charge as CEO – India Business and later becoming CEO of the company in April 2019.
Under his leadership, Dabur expanded its global footprint and strengthened its position as a transnational consumer goods company with presence in more than 100 countries.
Earlier, as Business Head for the MENA region and Egypt, he was responsible for topline and bottomline performance, brand investment planning, profitability management, and quarterly sales reviews with country managers and key distributors.

In a related development, Dabur has appointed industry veteran Herjit S. Bhalla as Chief Executive Officer of its India business, effective April 15, 2026. Bhalla will report to Malhotra as part of a senior leadership restructuring aimed at sharpening domestic execution.
The leadership changes underline Dabur’s dual focus on strengthening its global presence while reinforcing its core India operations.
