Raj Kumar Arora (IDAS: 1990), presently serving as Special Controller General of Defence Accounts (CGDA), has been appointed to the post of Financial Adviser (Defence Services) in the Ministry of Defence.
An officer of the Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS), 1990 batch, Arora has extensive experience in defence financial management and policy formulation. As Financial Adviser (Defence Services), he will play a crucial role in overseeing budgetary allocations, expenditure monitoring, and financial advisory functions related to the armed forces and defence establishments.
