Jaipur – In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Rajasthan government has carried out a major transfer of approximately 108 IAS officers, breaking a complete ban on transfers and postings. This extensive move includes new assignments for the divisional commissioners of Jaipur and Banswara, as well as collectors for 13 districts, including Jaipur.

Out of the total transfers, 98 officers have been reassigned, while 10 officers who were awaiting postings have received new appointments. Notably, Akhil Arora (IAS: 1993: RJ), Additional Chief Secretary of the Finance Department, and Anand Kumar (IAS: 1994: RJ), Principal Secretary of the Home Department, remain in their current positions. Arora has served as ACS of the finance department under the previous Congress administration, while Kumar has been in his role since 2022.

Key appointments include:

Shubhra Singh (IAS: 1989: RJ) has been appointed as Chairperson of the Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation.

Shreya Guha (IAS: 1994: RJ) is now Additional Chief Secretary of the Rural Development Department in Jaipur.

Bhaskar Atmaram (IAS: 1995: RJ) will serve as Principal Secretary of the Public Health Engineering and Ground Water Department in Jaipur.

Rajesh Kumar Yadav (IAS: 1996: RJ) has been appointed as Principal Secretary of the Health Department.

Hemant Kumar Gera (IAS: 1997: RJ) will be the Chairperson of the Revenue Board in Ajmer.

Gayatri A Rathore (IAS: 1997: RJ) has been designated Principal Secretary of Medical, Health & Family Welfare and Panchayati Raj.

Vaibhav Galriya (IAS: 1997: RJ) will serve as Principal Secretary of the Urban Development and Housing Department.

T Ravikant (IAS: 1998: RJ) is now Principal Secretary of the Mines and Petroleum Department.

Subir Kumar (IAS: 1998: RJ) has been appointed Principal Secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution.

Bhawani Singh Detha (IAS: 1999: RJ) will join the Revenue Board in Ajmer as a member.

Vikas Sitaramji (IAS: 1999: RJ) has been named Chairperson of the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal.

Manju Rajpal (IAS: 2000: RJ) is now Secretary of the Cooperative Development Department and Registration.

Naveen Jain (IAS: 2001: RJ) will serve as Secretary of the Finance Department.

Krishan Kant Pathak (IAS: 2001: RJ) has been appointed Secretary of the Personnel Department.

Bhinu Prakash Eturu (IAS: 2003: RJ) is now Secretary of the Tribal Area Development Department.

Neeraj Kumar Pawan (IAS: 2003: RJ) will serve as Secretary of the Youth Affairs and Sports Department.

Ravi Jain (IAS: 2004: RJ) has been appointed Secretary of the Tourism, Arts, Literature, Culture, and Archaeology Department, in addition to being Director General of the Jawahar Kala Kendra.

Sumit Sharma (IAS: 2004: RJ) is now Secretary of the Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, and Dairy Development Department.

Ravi Kumar Surpur (IAS: 2004: RJ) has been designated Secretary of the Finance (Revenue) Department.
