Sudhansh Pant (IAS: 1991: RJ), Secretary of the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, has been entrusted with the additional charge of Secretary, Ministry of Tribal Affairs.
He will hold this responsibility from 06.12.2025 to 16.12.2025, during the leave period of Ranjana Chopra (IAS: 1994: OR).
During this short tenure, Pant will oversee key administrative and policy functions of the ministry to ensure continuity in its operations.
