Vice Admiral Rajesh Dhankhar NM has assumed the role of Director General for Project Seabird, tasked with overseeing the largest defense infrastructure project currently underway at the Karwar Naval Base. Commissioned into the Indian Navy in July 1990, Dhankhar is a specialist in Navigation & Direction. His new role involves managing and advancing this critical naval development project, which is integral to enhancing India’s maritime capabilities.
